Shipping & Delivery

Please note that all shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 2-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using a guaranteed shipping method. Orders placed using a guaranteed shipping method before 5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing within 24-48 hours.

We offer a Flat Rate shipping option via USPS Priority Mail on all domestic orders.

Domestic Orders

Priority Mail: delivery within 2-3 business days

International Orders

We currently offer international shipping to Canada. Flat Rate offers do not apply on international orders.

We offer two reliable and convenient international shipping options through the United States Postal Service (USPS):

USPS Priority Mail International: delivery within 6-10 business days (tracking within the US only)

USPS Express Mail International: delivery within 3-5 business days (fully trackable to the destination)

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from Sandpiper Clothiers. However, if that isn't the case we will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package. Returned items must be in new condition, with their original tags still attached. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if merchandise is defective or we have sent the wrong item.

Sandpiper Clothiers reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled. For your protection, you should send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as USPS. Please insure your return and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable method.

  • Please try to send returns in original packaging.
  • Indicate whether you would like a refund to a credit card, store credit, or an exchange. When refunding a credit card, only the card used to make the original transaction can be credited. When exchanging for another item, please include the item name, color, and size.
  • We will only accept prepaid shipping returns. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Returning Items to a Sandpiper Store

You can return your order to any of the Sandpiper locations. Please make sure to bring the original invoice, the credit card used for the original purchase and the items you want to return.

Any products that are monogrammed are also FINAL SALE!
